Terms of Agreement

This portal, offering privileged access to the data of the Observatoire des sciences et des technologies, is exclusively reserved to its partner organizations. As a counterpart to this access, partner institutions and their staff agree to respect the following terms of agreement. Using the portal once shall confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions hereof.

The annual payment of OST’s partnership fees gives the right to consult and use all the information contained in the portal, including all the data now available on it and all future updates. It is agreed that partner organizations and their staff can use those data for in-house analysis and that they can eventually reproduced them in institutional publications, as far as the source OST is clearly indicated. However, it is explicitly forbidden to transfer portal’s data to third party, be it free of charge or for payment.

Users from OST’s partner organizations agree to keep their usernames and passwords secret and confidential at all times.

The access to the portal is one of the OST partnership’s benefits. It shall be maintained as long as your organization will pay OST’s annual partnership fees and will respect the present terms of agreement.
